How to Play Four Card Poker

What are the rules for Four Card Poker. There is an optional side betting, Aces up. Players will play against the dealer. The dealer always qualifies, and players can bet one to three times their Ante wager. This game is different from Three Card Poker.

Players can make an Ante wager against the dealer or the Aces Up wager against the pay table.

Each player is given five cards in order to build their best four card hand. To form their best four-card hand, the dealer gets six cards. One of these cards is face up.

Players can then choose to either play or fold. The Ante wager is usually one- to three times the Play wager.

The dealer shows his hand and compares it with the hands of each player. If the dealer's hand is beaten or tied by the player's, the Play or Ante bets are paid an even amount.

An Automatic Bonus is awarded on all Ante bets when the player's hand has three of a sort or better.

When a player has at least two Aces, the Aces Up side betting option wins.
